Error E401: Failed to allocate buffer for the printer information.
Fix: Check that the printer is correctly installed and the printer is on-line. You can try deleting and reinstalling the printer. If it is a network printer make sure the print server is on-line and that your current credentials allow you to connect to and query the printer.
